The NF Preclinical Consortium is a $4M investment of the Childrens Tumor Foundation.
A multi-site collaboration of six research Centers, each focused on different tumor manifestations of NF1 and NF2, They are testing candidate NF drugs in parallel in multiple NF tumor models. Industry collaborators to date include Novartis, Genetech and Avila Therapeutics.
