Snow King Resort & Grand View Lodge will be the official headquarter hotel for the 2011 NF Conference. A block of rooms has been reserved with discounted rates ranging from $125 to $350 per night, depending on the room type.  Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Snow King facility.

Three types of accommodations will be offered at the Snow King Resort for the 2011 NF Conference.  Please click on each for detailed description and layout of room type.

Snow King Resort Hotel:
Discounted Nightly Rate: $120
All guest rooms have air conditioning, coffee makers, individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, direct-dial telephones with data ports and voicemail in a 2 queen or 1 king style.

Love Ridge Condos:
1 Bedroom Condominium:  $175 per night
The large one bedroom condominiums include one bathroom with custom glass shower enclosure and large whirlpool bathtub, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and deck.

2 Bedroom Condominium: $350 per night
Spacious two bedroom condominiums feature 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and master bathroom, guest bedroom with private bath, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, and a deck.

Suites:  $175 per night
Suites consist of a guest bedroom with private bath, a den with Murphy queen bed and wet bar, two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, a large deck and cozy gas fireplace.

Snow King Condos:
2 Bedroom Condominium Available Only: $220 per night

Rooms will be available at the discounted group rate until April 9, 2011 - or until the room block is full. We encourage booking your reservation soon as the room block for this meeting frequently sells out prior to the cut-off date.

Located in the heart of Wyoming ski country, Snow King Resort offers comfortable Jackson Hole lodging at the Snow King Resort Hotel, the adjacent Snow King Condominiums and the luxurious Love Ridge Resort Lodges. Only 6 blocks from downtown Jackson, the resort is close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife while surrounded by the Bridger Teton National Forest. Jackson Hole is the year-round gateway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

Airport Transportation
The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is easily accessible from most U.S. and international cities. The Snow King Resort provides complimentary transportation to/from the airport, please call Snow King at 800-522-5464 to let them know of your approximate arrival time at the Jackson Hole Airport. At departure, to arrange for the shuttle from Snow King Resort to the Jackson Hole Airport, please make arrangement with the front desk at the resort.

Changes/Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made with the Snow King Resort & Grand View Lodge directly.

We strongly encourage you to book your accommodations at Snow King Resort & Grand View Lodge. The Children’s Tumor Foundation makes every effort to secure the best rate for overnight accommodations. The rate is part of a negotiated conference package that incorporates many services. By staying at the host hotel and booking within the room block, you help us maintain current conference benefits and keep future registration fees reasonable.
