Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations must be received by April 1, 2010 to be eligible for a refund. Allow four weeks to process refunds. Cancellations received after April 1, 2010 will NOT be refunded. In cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be received in writing no later than 30 days after the meeting.
