No Representation in your State? Consider Volunteering!

An Affiliate, coordinated by a Representative, may choose to focus on any one prong of the Foundation's mission - patient support, public education and awareness, or fundraising for research as their main objective. Most Affiliates choose to incorporate fundraising as part of their goals in addition to one of the other purposes, and some even work on all three.

The National Office supports the Affiliate activities through assistance with program planning, initial mailing assistance, volunteer recruitment, resources, materials for fundraising, patient support, and public education.
