Nick Folk, the Pro Bowl Kicker of the Dallas Cowboys has partnered with the Children's Tumor Foundation to Kick for a Cure. For every extra point and field goal Nick kicks in the 2009-2010 season he will donate funds to support neurofibromatosis research!

Nick has pledged to donate $25 for every point he scores this season.

By joining Nick you can support his efforts, show support for the Cowboys, and help us fight NF. 

Nick's cousin, Blake Robinson, was diagnosed with NF1 at the age of 18 months and has overcome many challenges from the disorder (for more on Nick and Blake click here).  Nick decided to use his poisition to help Blake and the many individuals who suffer from NF and you can join Nick in this cause. 
 
There are multiple ways that you can get involved:

1.    Star Level – Match Nick at $25 per point – win lunch for two with Nick after the season in Dallas, 2 tickets to a 2010 game, plus below items. (est. $3250 donation pp).

2.    Silver Level –  $15 per point – win signed jersey (est. $1800 donation pp.)

3.    Blue Level – $5 per point – win signed football (est. $600 pp)

4.    Community Level – $1 per point – you are entered in a raffle to win all of the above (est. $125).

5.    Make a flat donation and show your support for Nick's effort.
