The Pharmacy Discount Card is a FREE, pre-activated card that offers discounts on prescriptions that range from 3-75% depending on the drug and location. o Accepted at more than 65,000 pharmacies and drug stores nationwide. o Take your card to almost ANY pharmacy in the country and present it to the pharmacist. o Have your pharmacist compare it to your current insurance card and request the cheapest option be used. o From March 15 - June 30, a one-time $20 donation will be made to the Children's Tumor Foundation when the Pharmacy Discount Card is first used. o There are NO requirements for the card. NO name associated with the card, only a group number that is associated with the campaign. o This is entirely HIPPA compliant and each card is effective for one (1) year.
