Anna Renderer is a new member to the NFENDURANCE family.  She will be adding some amazing new training tips in the coming weeks to get your beach body ready! So stay tuned to NFE and sign up for the blog to receive updates.

Anna has her Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is a sponsored Under Armour (UA) fitness trainer and representative for the Under Armour TNP Training Council (www.underarmour.com/TNPtraining). Anna has traveled with UA and the training council team to promote TNP training in Baltimore, MD 2007, Natick, MA in 2008 and Tampa, FL for Superbowl Week in 2009.

Anna is a trainer at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, CA: A Premier Health & Human Performance Center (www.fitnessquest10.com) since 2005. She has been coaching and training athletes, runners, and those with special needs. Anna is the Director and Instructor of Boot Camp Programs, and conducts VO2 Metabolic Testing.

Anna is the founder of Bridal Bodiez LLC (www.bridalbodiez.com), a web based Fitness Company that promotes fitness & nutrition education, along with fitness DVD products. She is currently promoting her latest DVD “The Shed 2 Wed” Workout!

Anna is a featured athlete for several strength and conditioning performance DVD products. In 2008, she is a featured athlete in Fitness Anywhere’s TRX Performance Team Sports DVD (www.fitnessanywhere.com) and performed in Todd Durkin’s Sports Performance DVD Series, including Dynamic Warm-up, Strength Training, SAQ’s (Speed, Agility, and Quickness), Core Training, Power and Plyometrics, Joint Integrity, and Flexibility.

Along with Anna’s expert training experience, DVD performances and affiliations, she is a running enthusiast completing the 2009 San Diego Rock n’ Roll Marathon, 2007 & 2008 La Jolla Half-Marathon, 2008 Calsbad 5K and 2005 Boston Half-Marathon.

Endurance Training

Training varies for each team member as we each have different degrees of ability, commitment, athleticism and time. We are at all levels: beginners, waddlers, joggers and distance runners. The difference is we are out there. We show up. Endurance events give us insight into what it's like to have NF. It is a long journey - you don't know what is going to happen along the way.
