Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: March 7, 2010
A special rate of $85 single/double + tax has been negotiated at Green Valley Ranch Resort for NF Forum participants for dates staring on April 5-13, 2010. In order to get the special rate book directly online or call directly 866-782-9487 and mention Children’s Tumor Foundation or the group code GCICFTS. The discounted rates will be available for reservations until March 7, 2010 or until the NF Forum room block fills up. Please make your reservations early. Free onsite parking and Check –in time 3:00pm.
Hotel cancellation and fees:
There is a resort amenity fee of $24.99 per night + applicable taxes at 13% and includes Wired and Wireless High Speed In-Room Internet, Unlimited Local & 800 calls, Fitness Center access, Daily Local Newspaper, Shoe Shine service, Airport Shuttle service.
All reservations are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours to arrival will be charged a no show fee of one night room tax.
A credit card pre-authorization of $100.00 per night is required upon check in for incidentals and the balance of room, tax and Resort Amenity Fee for the remainder of your stay.
