Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by March 24, 2010 to be eligible for a refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total registration fee. Substitutes are always welcomed and no-shows will be billed. You may transfer your registration fee, minus the $50 cancellation fee, to another individual by mailing or faxing a written request stating the person's name and address. . Cancellations received after March 24, 2010 will NOT be refunded. In cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be received in writing no later than 30 days after the meeting. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
MAKE SURE TO RESERVE YOUR HOTEL AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE NF FORUM!
We strongly encourage you to book your accommodation at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, which is the conference headquarters hotel. Children’s Tumor Foundation makes every effort to secure the best rate of $85 for overnight accommodations. The rate is part of the negotiated conference benefits and keeps future registration fees reasonable. Please consider this when making your overnight accommodation decision.

Registration Confirmation and On Site Badges
All who register via the internet will receive an email confirmation. Other registrations received before the deadline will be notified via email by March 26, 2010. Upon arrival at the hotel, please come to the booth marked registration to pick up your conference packet and badge, and bring your confirmation letter with you. Attendees who do not receive a confirmation letter may pick up their badges and materials at the registration desk. Display of conference badge is required for admission to all conference sessions, activities and exhibit.
On-Site/Walk-in Registration
Conference Registration facilities will be maintained at the Green Valley Ranch Resort. Payment of onsite registration may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Walk-in registrations will be taken on a space available basis.
