NC - Noah Roberts PDF Print E-mail

Noah was only five when a CT scan, after an accident, revealed that he had two brain tumors. Noah had surgery within several weeks to successfully remove the two tumors. It was not until several months later with the development of new symptoms that Noah was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 2 (a rare form of NF, affecting only 1 in 40,000.) It was devastating to hear about this disease that was affecting our precious son. We had never heard of NF before his diagnosis and now it is certain that we will never forget it's affects. Noah had several good doctors reports and it gave us such hope until three days before Christmas 2010 when doctors confirmed that Noah had another brain tumor in an area near his brain stem that is inoperable. We hope that we can help bring awareness to this disease and help raise the money needed to help fund research for a cure. Noah hopes to raise enough money for the Children's Tumor Foundation to attend the race in Daytona and meet the drivers and have his name on the NF car in January. Noah truly is a hero to us all and has touched so many lives.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
