Candice Patterson Candice Patterson has endured 19 surgeries because of NF which has caused tumors on her optic nerves and sinuses. In addition, she has had facial reconstruction and has been temporarily blind. Savannah Grace “Gigi” Kast Gigi will do just about anything for a bag of Skittles. She loves sugary treats. She likes things that are pink and she enjoys playing in dress up clothes. Mavia Evenson Mavia was diagnosed with NF 1 when she was just a few months old. She is now four years old and is a lively and fun loving little girl.
