Sabine Moravi Elevated to Vice Chair of CTF Europe Board of Directors

Ms. Moravi, who recently joined the Board, has quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership and valuable insights, leading to this well-deserved recognition and responsibility.

Sabine Moravi, based in Switzerland, brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Vice Chair, drawing on her extensive background in the life sciences industry. With a career marked by achievements as a pharma executive and in investor relations, Ms. Moravi’s contributions are instrumental in guiding the Foundation towards its innovation goals, particularly in advancing treatments for individuals affected by NF.

Ms. Moravi’s has a diverse professional background with passion for driving innovation across various markets and portfolios. She led Central Europe & Nordics at Galderma, a global leader in dermatology, with full P&L responsibility. Prior to Galderma, she spent nearly two decades at Novartis in a number of pivotal roles, including as General Manager of Oncology in Austria and the Czech Republic, in roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing in the United States, and in Investor Relations in Basel, Switzerland and New York.

Ms. Moravi’s journey through the pharmaceutical industry spans experiences in both large-cap corporations and nimble start-ups. She has excelled in diverse ownership structures, ranging from publicly-listed giants to private equity-backed enterprises and family-owned firms. Her educational background includes a master’s in finance from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in Austria and a Health Care Executive MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sabine Moravi is a dedicated advocate for patient-centric healthcare solutions. Her deep empathy for those in need has been a driving force throughout her career, reflecting her commitment to enhancing patients’ lives.
