In honor of NF Awareness Month – the entire month of May – and World NF Awareness Day – May 17th – volunteers across the globe joined together to raise awareness in their community. Buildings, bridges, monuments and landmarks (plus a waterfall and a castle!) lit up blue and green, the official colors of neurofibromatosis (NF).

Shine a Light on NF is one part of the Children’s Tumor Foundation’s month-long awareness campaign that includes online and offline events designed to educate the community about this under-recognized genetic disorder.
